I started doing executive and career coaching as well as training and development work over 25 years ago.

I have trained in over 20 European countries as well as all over the USA, Australia, Russia, India, South Africa and the Far East.

These experiences helped me to have a high multi cultural awareness during my coaching.

My approach is to customize my coaching to fit the person in front of me.

I am able to listen deeply, ask relevant questions, provide direct feedback, challenge people to be introspective, and be creative in how I work with my clients.

My style is genuine, personal, and focused on results.
